Dr. Marvin Robert Wohlhueter is the Founder & CEO of Renewed Life Academy, LLC, an organization created around a simple but deeply held conviction: the person behind the position matters.
With more than four decades of experience in corporate America, Dr. Wohlhueter has spent much of his life studying leadership from the inside—not simply how leaders perform, but how the demands of leadership affect the person carrying them. His work has led him to challenge a traditional approach to leadership development that often focuses heavily on performance while giving far less attention to the life required to sustain it.
As an author, executive leadership strategist, and creator of The Life Behind the Leader™, Whole Life Leadership™ and Leadership Sustainability™, Dr. Wohlhueter has developed an extensive body of work focused on helping people live well, lead well, and leave well. His books and frameworks explore leadership, personal development, life alignment, purpose, relationships, isolation, sustainability, legacy, and the increasingly important role of artificial intelligence in how people work, create, and lead.
Renewed Life Academy brings those years of experience and intellectual property together under one organization. Through the Whole Life Leadership Institute™, LifeHelp.us, the AI-Assisted Author Method™, books, executive development, coaching, assessments, and practical resources, Dr. Wohlhueter is building RLA to help people move from where they are toward where they genuinely want to be.
